1. What's your return policy?

We offer a 90-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through the return process — with a free prepaid return label and no restocking fees. 2. Do you offer any guarantees on your products?

3. How do I find my size?

All our footwear uses UK sizing (4-9). Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in centimetres — if you're between sizes or unsure, email us at info@virellefootwear.com and we'll help you choose.

6. Can I cancel my order after it's placed?

Not yet — Virelle Footwear is an online-only store, which allows us to keep prices fair and focus on quality and service.

2. Where do you ship from?

Virelle Footwear is a UK-registered online store located in Linlithgow, Scotland. However, our products are fulfilled and shipped through international logistics partners and warehouses. Because orders are fulfilled internationally, the shipping origin may differ from our business address listed on our website — our Linlithgow address is our business contact address and is not the location from which orders are shipped.

3. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we serve customers in the United Kingdom. We look forward to expanding into more regions as we continue to grow.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
