Refund policy

At Virelle Footwear, every purchase is covered by our 90-day return guarantee with free prepaid return labels for all UK customers. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Period

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return — three full months to decide whether your new pair is right for you.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible, footwear must be unworn outdoors, in its original condition, and returned in its original box where possible. Trying shoes on indoors is, of course, expected and welcome.

3. Free Returns with Prepaid Label

Return shipping is FREE for all customers in the United Kingdom. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label to download and print — attach it to the parcel and drop it off at the indicated collection point. No restocking fees apply.

4. How to Request a Return

Step 1: Email info@virellefootwear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our team replies within 24 hours on working days with your prepaid label and instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off.
Step 4: Once received and inspected, your refund is processed automatically.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 - 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return, and you will receive an email confirmation when processed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. We refund the full amount paid, including applicable taxes — no restocking, administration, or return shipping fees.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@virellefootwear.com with a brief description and photos. We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.

7. Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The fastest route is to return the original item using the free process above and place a new order — your refund is processed as soon as the return is received.

8. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for an immediate full refund. Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery following the process above.

9. Your Statutory Rights

In addition to our 90-day guarantee, UK customers retain their statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our policy exceeds these minimums in every respect and nothing in it limits your statutory rights.
