Shipping policy
At Virelle Footwear, every order ships free, tracked, and without surprises. This policy explains exactly how delivery works for orders within the United Kingdom.
1. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is FREE (£0.00) on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. All prices on our website include VAT — no hidden fees and no additional charges at your door.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) begin processing the same business day; orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day.
3. Transit Time
Once dispatched, your parcel arrives within 2 - 6 business days (Monday to Friday). All parcels are shipped with tracked services through our carrier partners: Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.
4. Total Delivery Time
Processing (1 - 2 business days) + Transit (2 - 6 business days) = Total delivery time of 3 - 8 business days.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, and you can follow your parcel at any time through our "Track Order" page. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
6. Where We Ship From
Virelle Footwear is a UK-registered online store operated by ETERNY DR LTD in Linlithgow, Scotland. Our products are fulfilled and shipped through international logistics partners and warehouses, so the shipping origin of your parcel may differ from our registered business address. Our Linlithgow address is our business contact address and is not the location from which orders are shipped.
7. Shipping Area
We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
8. Incorrect Address, Lost or Delayed Parcels
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before finalising your order — if you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@virellefootwear.com and we will correct it before dispatch. If a parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, contact our support team: we will open an investigation with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed as lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.
